Get help from the network

To request support from the network, we invite you to complete an online form (approx. 10 minutes) enabling you to:

• Present your project (description, promoter, objectives, contact)
• Precise its stage of maturity (ideation, development, clinical validation, dissemination)
• Detail your needs (expertise, access to centers, methodological or regulatory support, etc.).)

🔎 Admissibility analysis

The steering committee checks that the project falls within the scope of the network and that the needs are clearly formulated. A short exchange may be proposed if certain elements require clarification.

⚠️ Not eligible:

• Administrative management or billing software
• Projects unrelated to interventional rhythmology
• Projects with a commercial, promotional or technology dissemination aim

If your application is accepted, a remote exchange session is organized with members of the Scientific Advisory Board (from the 17 partner establishments). This meeting gives you the opportunity to present your project, and enables the network to study your needs, define the modalities of adapted support, and identify and facilitate access to the resources to be mobilized.

• After the exchange, the operational manager will send you information about the establishments willing to support your project (e.g.: feasibility questionnaire).
• You indicate the centers with which you wish to collaborate.
• REFeR-RYTHMO facilitates contact between you and the centers involved, making sure that exchanges run smoothly and administrative procedures are speeded up wherever possible.

📢 Valorization

The operational team can also help you to valorize the results of your project on a network-wide scale, particularly within the framework of the France 2030 plan.
